New Work Beginning

I am changing the name of this blog to Eastern NC Poverty Network because of something new beginning in our ministry. As you know, I have begun additional responsibilities with Cooperative Baptist Fellowship serving as Global Field Personnel. I am still doing the same thing just a bit more focused. We are concentrating on ministry in north eastern, NC. This is an area of NC that includes some of the poorest counties in the state. This will help you stay in touch in specific ways concerning our new ministry to poverty in NC.

My desire is to help you in sharing with "the least of these." Currently we are busy working with the homeless in inner-city settings; distributing food in the rural areas; teaching classes to addicts; leading Bible studies at homeless shelters; and leading seminars to churches desiring to know more about poverty.
