New Partners to our Network

I am excited to tell you about some of our new partners. One of the most important tools a missionary can posses is prayer partners. At the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship we have a program for churches and organizations to involve themselves in the ministry of a missionary. Among the responsibilities of an Encourager church or organization is that they pray.

I am grateful to Edenton Baptist Church, Edenton, NC for their willingness to become an Encourager Church to me. They have agreed to pray regularly for my work; support our ministry financially; become involved in doing short term mission projects in eastern NC; and assist my work administratively. Rev. David Brooks is the senior minister to this congregation.

First Baptist Church of Weaverville, NC has also agreed to serve as an Encourager Church for our work. First Baptist Church will pray regularly for the work; support our ministry financially; become involved in doing short term mission projects in western NC; and assist us administratively in our ministry. Rev. Jim McCoy serves as the senior minister to First Baptist Church, Weaverville.

The Union Mission of Roanoke Rapids has entered into a relationship with me as an Encourager organization. The staff and board of directors have agreed to pray regularly for me; and support my work financially. Mr. Jeff Holm serves as the Board of Directors Chairman.

If you would like to know how your congregation or group can participate as an Encourager, please get in touch with me: Email- landerson@thefellowship.info
